011. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or making API calls to Orux AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
022. The Service
Orux AI is a unified gateway that routes your requests to third-party AI model providers. We do not own the underlying models, and their availability and behavior are governed by their respective providers.
033. Accounts and API Keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Keys are shown only once at creation and stored as SHA-256 hashes on our side. Lost keys must be re-issued.
044. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law; (b) generate content that infringes intellectual property; (c) abuse, harass or harm any person; (d) generate or distribute malware, spam or phishing content; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service.
055. Payments and Credits
The Service is sold in Credits. 1 USD = 200 Credits at a fixed exchange rate. Credits never expire and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend service for accounts with negative balance.
066. Service Availability
We target 99.99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream provider outages, planned maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from this target.
077. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orux AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.
088. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms. Unused Credits at termination are forfeited unless required by law.
099. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
